Blackmore Plc offer investors short to medium term, fixed-rate investments in UK property development. Large Scale projects in the UK housing market allow investors to benefit from high fixed rate returns that have historically been the preserve of institutions.

  • 3 terms to choose from:

    • a 3-year bond paying 6.5% interest

    • a 4-year bond paying 7.5% interest

    • a 5-year bond paying 8.5% interest

  • Interest is fixed and paid quarterly.

  • The investments are secured against properties which are purchased by Blackmore Plc. Where developments are part funded by bank finance, bondholders will rank second in priority behind the bank. Investors also benefit from a comprehensive Capital Protection Scheme, which acts like an insurance policy to protect 100% of an investor’s capital from insolvency.
