It will act as a regulated layer between the investor and the Company, undertaking to confirm clients source of funds and to ensure anti-money laundering regulations are adhered to. Established in 1972 and regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, under registration number: C004649485, it is within the UK’s top 100 firms in terms of revenue. In 2015 Wilder Co provided services to 600 businesses and processed investor funds of circa £70 million.
International Administration Group (IAG) has been appointed as an independent Security Trustee to monitor and hold the security. It will operate purely in the interests of bondholders, not the Company. Founded in 2000, it has administered over 400 funds and currently has over £12 billion in assets under administration. International Administration Group (Guernsey) Limited (Registration No 36305) and IAG Private Equity Limited (Registration No 48245) are licensed by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission under The Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 1987, as amended and The Regulation of Fiduciaries, Administration Businesses and Company Directors, etc. (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2000.

BNP source potential sites and undertake full due diligence analysis including: searches, valuation, construction cost analysis, demographic analysis and exit strategy (including pre-sale introductions). BNP Paribas Real Estate’s connections with institutional landlords, banks and investment funds, together with their capital markets network connections mean that they have a constant supply of both product and purchasers.
